Orville holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. After working in the finance sector in Chicago and New York City for many years, he decided to return to his first love, acting. He went on to obtain formal training from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Stella Adler Conservatory and the New York Film Academy. Since then, Orville has performed in a wide range of roles on stage and onscreen including Hamlet with The Hudson Shakespeare Company.
Using the knowledge gained within the creative industry, he has transitioned to the role of Producer and Director working primarily within the industry in Jamaica.

Orville MathersonFounder
Elvis Griffiths has been behind the camera for over a decade in the capacity of Director, Producer and Videographer. Known for his high quality, meticulous film style, Elvis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication with a major in Television Production. He worked with Jamaica News Network, where he honed his production skills before becoming a freelancer. As a freelancer, he has worked with the best local television and cultural platforms. Some of these companies include Jamaica Cultural Development Commission, Creative Production Training Centre, CVM TV and Digital Video Concept.
His expertise was noticed by NBC (KJRH Channel 2) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which resulted in his migration to the United States. He then relocated to South Florida, and has worked for NBC (WPTV Channel 5) and ABC (Channel 10).
After years of perfecting his craft, he co-founded his own production company Yaad Boiiz Film Productions.

Rolando was most recently the office manager at Yaad Boiiz Film Productions. The wealth of experience gained from being at YB and his passion for the entertainment business has enabled him to take on the roles of producer and director for many of the project done by our company. ‘Lando’ as he is affectionately called is a fun-loving, energetic, people person who gets the job done. He often describes himself as the ‘engine’ of the company and he is not wrong. Rolando keeps the staff together and ensures that the essential functions of the company are carried out.
In his spare time ‘Lando’ enjoys playing tennis and going to the gym. He maintains an active social media presence. Overall, Rolando completes the team and we are very fortunate to have him on board!
Rolando RichardsDirector/Producer
Born and raised in the heart of Kingston, Oraine learned early on how to captivate his audience. Now armed with a formal background in Entrepreneurship and Agro-Foods Processing, along with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from UTech, Oraine Gordon is regarded as a serial entrepreneur. His determination and forthrightness have helped him overcome many challenges. He is respected and admired by his peers for his entrepreneurial spirit and his ability to navigate complexities of the local business landscape. With a passion for business and a natural talent for problem-solving, Oraine pursued a career in consulting, where he quickly gained a reputation as a strategic thinker and effective communicator. Dubbed “The Start-up Advocate,” he has been involved in the initiation and sale of three local MSMEs. He is focused on brand building and revenue generation bringing a rare combination of analytical business acumen and consumer-based innovation to the team that produces positive results.
Through his work as a consultant, Oraine has honed his project management skills, helping businesses of all sizes and industries to successfully execute complex initiatives. He has a keen eye for detail and an innate ability to manage resources and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. During the Covid pandemic he organized testing of over 50,000 persons and directed the severely affected to much needed medical care.
Having mastered the hurdles associated with starting up a new business, Gordon has set his eyes on the orange economy, where he intends to make waves in the local media space. His aggressive approach to content creation forms the core pillar of YB’s 360 content strategy. Despite his success, Oraine remains grounded and committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers his time and resources to support the youths of Jamaica through the Kiwanis Club as a Director.
Oraine Gordon
Kristal Porter was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. She got her start in the accounting industry when she was attending High School. After school, she was employed to Yaad Boiiz Film Productions. As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Kristal Porter has been meeting the accounting needs of company since 2014. She currently works as an accountant manager for Yaad Boiiz Film Productions, handling multiple large-volume financial transaction from on premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. She is also responsible for carrying out project audits to ensuring that all financial transactions on every project is accurately represented.
Apart from her accounting duties, she enjoys spending time with her family and she has a keen interest in cosmetology.

Jamar has been a part of our team for a little over two years. He is even-tempered and very passionate about what he does. From a family of creatives, Jamar’s grandfather and father are great accomplished writers. However, he wanted to create his own path and became passionate about photography and cinematography as a way of expressing himself by sharing his stories and ideas by bringing them to life. Jamar has an eye for creativity which is very evident in the work he produces. Furthermore, Jamar believes in positive change and ultimately he aspires to make the world a better place through his line of work.
He attended the University of the West Indies, Mona; where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in International Relations. He is also a proud past student of the world renowned St. Jago High School in Spanish Town, St. Catherine. Over the years, Jamar has served as an administrator for several social media pages. In addition to his administrative skills, he has also served as a sales representative and a public relations officer. When off the clock, Jamar enjoys volunteering for local charities, screen printing, going on adventures and taking travel photos. We are happy to have Jamar as a member of our team!
